RETURNS and refunds

We keep returns simple.

If your sunglasses aren’t right, you can return them within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- Unworn /un-used
- In original condition
- Free from scratches or damage
- Returned with original packaging 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Start a Return

Order Cancellations / Modifications

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, our team begins processing it immediately upon confirmation; therefore, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation or modification requests.

For security purposes, we are also unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary address. If delivery cannot be completed at the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to our fulfillment center and processed as a return.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Pearlory does not reimburse the cost of shipping for returns, or provide Return shipment labels.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Replacement Program

If your sunglasses are lost, broken, or damaged after use, they may be eligible under our replacement program. Replacement orders are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Promotions

Please note that discount codes must be entered at checkout to be valid; we are unable to apply promotions or discounts retroactively once an order has been placed.

European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
